Default 2001 Grand Am Center Console Removal

Attempting to remove center console on a 2001 Grand AM. All mechanical fasteners have been removed (bottom of storage well, screws in cup holders and side screws each side under deco caps near where seats touch the console). It pivots from the back indicating everything on the back side allows it to come loose. However, it appears to be holding fast toward the front. I don't know if there is a friction hold (a snap or something like) from the underside (in which a quick pull might take it off) or if there is another mechanical mount accessible from underneath (in which a quick pull will break the console). Anyone know what might still be holding the console in place?

"Take out the shifter **** by pulling out the pin in the front. Then use (i think) a 10mm wrench/socket and take out the screws from the cup holders. Next you will need to look at the very front of the center console piece down by your feet and there is a cover thing to pry up on either side. pry it off and then take out the two screws. Next slide the seats as far back as they will go, and look between the front edge of the seat and the center console, there is another screw to take out on either side. after that, open the armrest thing, and remove the rubber mat at the bottom. Take out those bolts and then just lift up and forward on the center console and it should slide right out."
