Default 98 Firebird Turn Signal

This is acutally a two part question. I just got a 98 Firebird, and the right turn signal bulb up front is broke, you can see the peices resting in the bottom. How to i remove the front cap ? Also both of my lower fog lights wont turn on, I couldnt find a burnt fuse, and i checked the bulbs inside each and they are good. Any ideas ?

i dont think you remove the lens, you actually just twist the bulb out from under the car

your daytime running lights may be effecting your fog lights
