Cyl. Firing 400 ???
Okay, I'm new to the forum, so I hope I'm in the right place.
I just purchased a 75 Grandville Convertible with a 400 4bbl.
Anyway, it's a bit of a fixer upper (an understatment). I was told to pull wires on the plugs while the car was running to see if I saw a noticable change in the engine. On 4 of the plugs, I noticed no change in the engine....I don't have my notes in front of me, but if memory serves #2, #3, #8, #7 (I can verify).
Anwway, I think I accidently got shocked on some of the above so I'm assuming I have spark.
What is the next step (I plan on doing a compression test next).
Thanks in advance!
Dave
