Default HeLp... Rid The Rev-Limiter

I want to get rid of the rev limiter on my 95 Grand Prix SE it starts jerking at 4,000 RPMS and wont pass it unless i play with the gas and keep giving it gas but its annoying so id rather jus get rid of it completely anyone know how????

You probably have other issues with you PCM if its acting up at 4,000 rpm. It could be fuel delivery or electrical. Rev limiters generally kick in either at redline or a few hundred RPM shy of redline to prevent damage to internal engine components...particularly the valve train.
