Default Engine Service Light

My Engine service light turned on and i have read the codes with a code scanner and have pulled the following codes.

P0143 - O2 sensor circuit low voltage (bank 1, sensor 3)

P0196 - engine oil temperature sensor range/Performance

U3f34 - unknown DTC code

Does anyone know what exactly they mean and what needs to be replaced when seeing these codes. Another thing that the car does when you are going up a hill and the car starts to pull hard it starts to gain and loose power repedidly. so the car kindof learches forward. Does anyone also know how to fix this issue too. I am thinking that it could be a bad coil but am not sure. I had a 95 GTP that was doing the same thing and i replaced the sparkplugs and wires and that did not do it and then I replaced the coil and then the car worked fine after that but that was acting worse than this car is.

Default RE: Engine Service Light

low voltage O2 probably means its loose or going bad. i used to get a code for a low voltage TPS alot in my old GP and it was just loose
