I am new to the forum and I know this question has probably been answered many times.
I am restoring a 1979 T/A I have the front cap removed and I need to put in a new heater core. I have two repair/maintenance manuals and neither tell me how to access the heater core. Locally I have had several suggestions and no one seems to agree how to do it. I could sure use some help. I am ready to put the front end back together but dont want to jump the gun. Thanks

AC OR NON AC IT CAN MAKES A DIFFERANCE. I THINK ON AC CAR YOU HAVE TO GET AT IT BY REMOVING THE INNER FENDER ON THE PASS SIDE. THAT IS WHY MOST PEOPLE JUST LOOP THE WATERPUMP TO THE HEAD BECAUSE IT IS A PAIN TO CHANGE
